The quality of a stamped part begins with the quality of the tool. At Halladay Manufacturing, our in-house tool and die department is the heart of our operation. Our experienced toolmakers use the latest Wire EDM and 5-axis CNC machining technology to build and maintain single-stage, compound, and progressive dies. We design tooling for longevity, precision, and efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure your parts are produced to the highest standard from the first piece to the last.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

For prototypes, low-volume runs, or parts not suitable for stamping, we offer a full suite of sheet metal fabrication services. Our capabilities include fiber laser cutting for speed and precision, turret punching for forming features like louvers and embossments, and multi-axis CNC press brakes for complex bends. This flexibility allows us to be a one-stop-shop for our customers, providing a complete solution from a single component to a complex assembly.
